Sticky Rice Recipe (1 kg rice/8 servings)
Soak the rice in a bowl with lukewarm water for two hours, with the water covering the rice. Strain the rice, then put it into a rice mesh and then into a steaming pot with boiling water. Avoid contact between rice and water. Steam the rice until it has a translucent white color. Takes about 20 minutes.
