How to Keep Seaweed Fresh

•Store seaweed in a cool, dry location.
• After opening, store seaweed in a sealed container.
• Place the humidifier that comes in the pack inside the container and replace it with a new one every day.
• Place the container away from warm areas (e.g. refrigerator motor, oven)
• When preparing for service, it is advisable to prepare a small amount of seaweed in advance to maintain freshness.
• If the seaweed has absorbed moisture, the freshness/crispiness can be restored by drying it in a hot pan. Dry both sides of the seaweed.
• Do not dry seaweed over an open flame.
